Montoya Engineering, with its technicians and its work team, has been providing, up to now, the necessary support that our Maintenance Department requires, in the provision and replacement of the different components of the Solar Systems that they are complying with. its useful life time; as well as, in some event in which the Hotel Maintenance Department deems appropriate.

TALLERES DE INGENIERIA, installed THE SECOND of its products of the highest quality and efficiency that exist in the world market, so far, called PREMIUM LIGHT; And, the Montoya Engineer participated in the design of the expansion project of our Hosteria, giving his professional contribution in the areas of SOLAR ENGINEERING AND SOLAR ARCHITECTURE, to guarantee the correct installation and

operation of his photothermal solar system that supplies the quantity and

quality of Hot water that we have in the hotel, from its inauguration in July

2014, until now, is of total satisfaction, and the necessary maintenance work

is minimal; however, if we require any type of support from Talleres De

Ingeniería, we receive it immediately, at any time.

The equipment and materials, as well as the specialized Engineering,

provided by Engineering Workshops, to our Company, are their total

responsibility and Intellectual Property, which is a support for our offer of

tourist services at an international level.

solar thermal system, which supplies hot water to all rooms from the hotel, day

and night, regardless of the weather in Quito.

since its opening in 2011, until now, is impeccable, and the necessary

Quito, of February 13, 2015

In order to contribute to caring for the environment, in 2012, Cervecería

Nacional called local and foreign companies to design, supply and install a

photovoltaic solar plant that generates enough clean electrical energy, for

lighting and general service, in a hangar of our company's production

processes, in Cumbayá.

The firm TALLERES DE INGENIERÍA TIMEESCI, with its owner Ing. Miguel Gilberto

Montoya Gallo, in its category of SOLAR ENGINEERING, was the winner in this

process, with its high-efficiency photoelectric panels, of 280 watts each,

built with monocrystalline silicon cells, of its intellectual property and

export technology.

Engineer Gilberto Montoya G. with his technicians from TALLERES DE INGENIERÍA TIMEESCI carried out the Design, Supply of equipment, installation, tests,

calibration and commissioning of the largest Solar Photovoltaic Plant in the

Country, in the first week of August 2015.

From the date and  until now, the service of said SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC plant is in correct  operation, with a very satisfactory effective efficiency.

Up to now, no maintenance has been required. We extend this CERTIFICATE, at the request of  the interested party and in honor of the truth; therefore, the Engineer  Montoya can make use of the present as he sees fit.
