TALLERES DE INGENIERÍA was awarded, with its product of the highest quality and efficiency, that exists in the world market so far, called SUPER PREMIUM; and, the Engineer Montoya participated in the design of the hotel project, giving his professional contribution in the areas of SOLAR ENGINEERING and SOLAR ARCHITECTURE, to guarantee the correct installation and operation of his solar thermal system, which supplies hot water to all rooms from the hotel, day and night, regardless of the weather in Quito.

Engineer Montoya also provided us with a gas-fired hot water generator. with automatic operation, to supply exclusively the kitchen and general services areas. The quantity and quality of hot water that we have at the hotel since its opening in 2011, until now, is impeccable, and the necessary maintenance work is minimal; however, if we require any type of support from TALLERES DE INGENIERÍA TIMEESCI, we receive it immediately, at any time.
